Electro Pneumatic Workbench, Scientech 2470

This workbench can monitor and control a pneumatic system using a  programmable logic controller (PLC).

Electro pneumatic workbench contains electrical panel with connected pneumatic source, pneumatic components and a PLC.

PLC is used to build a Hybrid Industrial Automation System.

It monitors and controls electro pneumatic panel and their connecting components  automatically and manually.

Pneumatic components consists of-

There are multiple LAN protocols such as Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD), Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA), Stop-N-Wait, Go-back-to-N, Selective Repeat, Sliding Window, Token Bus, and Token Ring that are used for network communication.

This workstation also handles all the error generation gracefully during communication such as acknowledgment lost, bad packet, and auto error generation.

It also provides some monitoring features like complete analysis of networking protocols at real time, graphic representation of data on software screen with packet details, network details (like computer name, IP address, MAC address, port number, status of network) for all the connected devices in network.

You can also track elements during communication such as packet serial number, file name, file size, file number, receiver name, receiver IP address, total packets, packet length, time out, protocol, topology, receiver, MAC address, port number, file send start time, file sent completion time, transmission time data rate (Mbps), etc.

Scientech has designed a Computer Networking Workbench to introduce the fundamentals of networking system.

With the help of this workbench, users can study and gain knowledge of all networking layers, cable designing and building of complete network of computers.

For this workbench,  different types of standard protocols and topologies which are defined by the IEEE are used. This makes easier to build the network.

Electrical Workbench, Nvis 7089A & Nvis 7089B

Nvis has designed two Electrical Workbenches.

Both electrical workbenches have an excellent approach to operate Electrical Machines by introducing a unique modular designed control unit.

Electrical Machines are an important part of electrical engineering.

These workbenches  assist users to quickly understand basic working principle of alternating current (AC) machines and direct current (DC) machines.  This means that it provides flexibility for users to carry out experiments over AC and DC machines.

Nvis 7089A and Nvis 7089B have different power capability for the machine. Nvis 7089A is capable of operating 2HP machine; whereas Nvis 7089B is capable of operating 3HP machine.

Otherwise, both of these workstations have the same components like measuring instruments (digital meter), connecting source (AC or DC supply), protective devices (Fuse, MCB, and Indicator), buses, connecting loads mounted on them.
